    Trouble Shooting

The most common trouble shooting enquiry we receive form our customers is “I’m trying to login but it says I need to sign up?”

    • Unfortunately, many internet browsers like to hang on to data from logins in an attempt to make our lives easier. Sometimes though, this can cause problems especially if people accidentally enter the wrong details or there is a typo.
    • If you have an active subscription and are repeatedly having having trouble accessing our site the best thing to do is to double check your login email and password. Once you have checked, or reset your password, delete your browser’s data and try again.
    • Another test is to try your login using a different browser. If you still have the same difficulty this is a good indication that there is a problem with the email address you used on sign up or that you are using the incorrect password.
    • If all else fails, please contact us and we will do our best to get to the bottom of it ASAP.

Sometimes email software or email servers mistakingly marks our password reset email as spam or junk. If you did not receive your password reset email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders for the link.
